Room 21

2110 S. Wabash Cuisines: Italian, American, French

About

While dining at Room 21, you almost expect Al Capone and his entourage of Chicago mobsters to come strolling in. In fact, this South Loop spot was once a Capone-owned speakeasy and saloon. Now, the famed designer/restaurateur Jerry Kleiner has renovated the classic prohibition era hangout into a unique, exciting dining experience. The decor proudly displays an extravagance inspired by the old Chicago vice district, and the menu features upscale American favorites. The bar and wine menu are also fully stocked.
