Roosevelt Old West Dinner Cookout, [29]. Early June through early September. After a ride via horse or wagon to the cookout site guests are given a steak and all-you-can-eat sides. Entertainment is provided at the cookout, usually a cowboy singer. $57 by wagon, $75 for a one hour horse ride, $84 for a two hour horse ride.
