This triple-decked pleasure dome is packed almost every night with dressed-up diners who pass the time checking each other out. Personally, I'm still caught up in the scenery: Marble, moldings, and a waterfall make quite an impression. So does the menu, with appetizers like carpaccio of seared caribou with a citrus-gin relish. Main courses include roast sirloin of lamb with parsnip gratin and hazelnut sauce, and coq au vin with butternut squash. Don't miss the rhubarb apple crisp with a vanilla-plum sorbet for dessert. The wine list focuses on France and California, with some excellent Ontario vintages.
