The Rotunda Gallery - Neilson Hays Library is located on Suriwongse Road in Bangkok. The building that the library is currently located in was opened in 1922. It is built in an Italian architectural style. Originally the library was opened for the recreational reading of the British expat community in Bangkok. However, it currently caters to a substantial local reading population, particularly children. The library sets up activities aimed at encouraging reading habits among children and a section of the library is dedicated to the Children\'s Corner. Additionally, art exhibitions and \"Meet the Author\" sessions are also organised.
