The Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens are located in Hobart, Tasmanias harbour side capital city the Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens covers 13.5 hectares and showcases 6,500 species and varieties of plants, including over 400 Tasmanian specie. See rare plants from Macquarie Island in the sub-Antarctic plant house and stroll along historic Arthur Walldesigned to be internally heated to grow exotic plants in Tasmanias cool climate. The Gardens also has a seasonal display of annuals, including a breathtaking spring tulip displayfocus of the yearly Tasmanian Tulip Festival.A permanent collection of work by Tasmanias most famous wilderness photographer in the Peter Dombrovskis Gallery.
