Ruth's Diner is in Emigration Canyon [70]. Ruth's has a creek side patio and spectacular views of the canyon from a train car. The diner first opened in the 1930s, and is famous for "mile high" biscuits. Everything on the menu is good. Sunday brunch is typically very very busy.
