Saddler's Creek Wines is a boutique winery with a moderate range of red and white wines, primarily bluegrass cabernet, marrowbone chardonnay and shiraz, reserve selection sauvignon blanc and the unique luscious dessert wines muscat exclusive and sauternes supreme. Situated at the southern entrance to the lower Hunter's famous wine growing region, Saddler's Creek Winery is constructed in Australian sandstone and located in a beautiful bushland setting.
