Sam's has become a favorite bar and nightclub for a large young audience, from both Grünerløkka and other parts of the city. The idea is to play good music (from house and club to more commercial tunes) and offer quite cheap drinks in an interior half inspired by the likes of the Matrix, half by the modern minimalism of Stanley Kubrick. Sam's Bar is trendy and fast-moving, but the prestige level has not yet reached the ceiling.
