Golf Sant Joan was born in 1994, of the will of the Royal Spanish Golf Federation and the Catalan Federation of Golf, to build a field near Barcelona, with the objective of promoting and popularizing the sport of Golf.
The design was carried out by Severiano Ballesteros, and construction was completed in two phases. The first with the driving range and 9-hole course, and later in 2004 with the opening of the current 18-hole course, and all the necessary equipment to enjoy a full day of Golf.
