Sapporo Clock Tower, The Clock Tower was built in 1878 and is regarded as both a historical and cultural symbol of Sapporo. It used to serve as a drill hall for the SapporoAgricultural College currently HokkaidoUniversity, which was the first agricultural institution in Japan.
