Sato serves one of the only all-you-can-eat sushi buffets in South Lake Tahoe and the ingredients are fresh and varied. You can have hand rolls, miso soup, salad, nigiri and speciality rolls all served with custom sauces. Try the Salmon Skin handroll or the Dragon roll. The AYCE dinner costs around $24.
