Sens and Bund

6/F Cuisines: Italian, Spanish, French

About

Heavily draped huge windows overlooking the Huangpu River, art de nouveau adorning the walls and subtle colors greet you here. Sens & Bund is your French-Italian-Spanish restaurant that spells sombre style. Famed as the youngest Michelin stars' winners, twin brothers Jacques and Laurent Pourcel bring their famous fusion cuisine to Shanghai. The seafood dishes are definite winners here. The lobster terrine, shaved octopus, seared fish are all nice. To top it all they have a variety of 300 wines on their list. Albeit its air of austerity, this restaurant is fairly priced, and worth a visit.
