About

Established in 2001, this family owned restaurant serves award-winning modern European food made from the freshest, seasonal ingredients sourced locally where possible. The global wine list is carefully selected to compliment the flavours of the dishes. Located in a former Lloyd's bank building, the 55-seater restaurant is contemporary and welcoming with changing artwork and a relaxed ambiance. Downstairs, in the vault there is a funky private room for 20 and for al fresco dining, the south-facing continental style Summer Terrace is open during the warmer months. The a la carte menu allows you to drop in for just a main course or a full 3-course meal and the excellent lunch menu from £10 is exceptional value. Featured in the Good Food Guide 2006/7, Hardens, the AA plus a selection of other guides and national reviews. Sevendials has 2 AA Rosettes and was "Brighton's Favourite Restaurant 2006" as voted by the readers of Gscene and realbrighton.com is a must for locals and visitors.
