This is the Shangri-La chain's signature restaurant, and focuses on Cantonese cuisine served in an elegant setting. Large red and cream lanterns hang from the ceiling, and large windows afford a nice view of the strait and the mosque. It's no surprise that crispy duck is on the menu, and a small window at the restaurant's entrance where you can see the duck roasting gives you a sneak peak. My favorite dishes here include the spring rolls, which are crisp and light; the mushroom dumplings; and the noodles with giant shrimp.
