In the past, when Shanghai's streets were not yet lined with bars, Sally's was very popular with Chinese and foreigners alike. Now its clientele is mainly locals. There is a live band Friday and Saturday, students' night on Mondays, half price drinks for ladies on Wednesdays and other activities. The cozy, British-style pub upstairs is furnished in dark wood. The basement has a dance floor and bar.
