The She-Lin Centre specialises in providing holistic therapy treatments to enhance your wellbeing and if you wish to learn more about alternative therapies, the She-Lin Centre provides a variety of courses throughout the year teaching more advanced techniques. The Centre offers a range of alternative treatments including Reflexology, Reiki, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Emo Trance (EMT) and Crystal Healing. The relaxing treatment room is the perfect environment to de-stress and is situated in the family run Heulwen Bed & Breakfast in Borth, on the beautiful west coast of Wales. About Shirley Sayer After spending several years working in mental health for the NHS, Shirley was drawn to re-train as a holistic therapist. 12 years on Shirley is now an accredited Reflexologist, registered by the AOR (Association of Reflexologists). She is also an experienced Reiki Master and Teacher, as well as holding various practicing certificates in therapies such as Crystal Healing, Emotional Freedom Technique & EMT.
