The oldest department stores in the country, it started out as a Japanese store during the occupation in the 1930s and was given its current name in 1963. Although it has other locations, the one in Chungmuro/Myeongdong is the original. The reconstructed building was finished in 2005 and has 14 stories of shopping and eating fun.
