Shiva Hanuman Temple, The Sri Hanuman temple situated on Road No. 1 Banjara Hills, Hyderabad is a very old temple. The image of the Deity of Lord Sri Hanuman was found sculpted on the hillock in Banjara Hills around which the temple was built. Initially, a small temple was constructed to cover the Deity, which was later expanded by Sri M.V.Narayana Rao, an officer of the Indian Police Service who later became the Director General of Police, Andhra Pradesh who lived in the adjacent street.
