The Shri Samartha Vagdevta Mandir was established in 1935 as the branch of Satkaryottejak Sabha Institute. This place is considered to be of historical importance as it is home to various ancient letters, chronicles and numerous manuscripts. These manuscripts are based on different subjects and are available in various languages. Shri Nanasaheb Deo, who was one of the prominent legal practitioners of the Dhule region, founded this institute.This treasure of manuscripts contains researched and non-reaserched as well the manuscripts, papers, letters and badas. This collection is kept here to welcome the scholars, the learned and learners comming from all over the country and even from abroad.
