Siaa is set amidst ceiling high glass walls and a multi layered seating with historic grades of Indo-Persian arches. The menu is specially crafted by Chef Shankar (of Fusion 9) who is considered to be one of the most innovative chefs and is one of the most successful Chef turned entrepreneurs in the country. Siaa has a carefully thought out menu with a authentic Indian flavours presented in a nouveau style with home recipes that have been tempered to suit the discerning taste of today's diner. Signature sections in the menu will be the Chef's Tasting Menu as well as the European Section. Evening opening hours is 18:00-23:30.
