The Singapore History Museum's exhibition, "Riverside Point"presents Singapore history through stories of people who lived along the Singapore River.This refreshing approach promises an entertaining yet informative experience for all visitors. Visitors should also catch the original award-winning short film -The Old Man and The River commissioned by the Museum from Singaporean film director Royston Tan. An integral part of the exhibition experience, this 12-minute short film charts the historic changes along the river through the Hokkien narration of a 78-year-old road sweeper who spent a large part of his life by the river.
