I had a HORRIBLE experience with this salon and will never go back in a million years. Today, the management (Tan Vo) handled his mistake horribly, even after having multiple opportunities to correct it. Without customer service, you can't keep regular clients long! Giving this salon even one star is a stretch. In my opinion, especially if you are a professional on a time schedule that needs to make and keep appointments, do not stop here!
