During the past three or four decades, many butcher's shops in Denmark closed down. Nevertheless, a handful of famous old butchers stand tall todayamong these is Slagter Lund at Frederiksberg. Almost everything here is homemade, including Danish specialties, such as Liver Pâté and Rulleplse, a kind of Sausage made of Rolled Meat. The Liver Pâté has been voted 'The Best in Europe' and the Rulleplse is very popular among customers. If you want take-away for dinner and have grown tired of Pizza, try one of Lund's 12 ready-made dishes. In general, this is not a cheap place, but it is good.
