About

In Russian, solyanka is stew made of whatever can be found in the kitchen. It's a dish widely open to interpretation. This night club's interpretation includes every part of nightlife culture. The high end kitchen serves up a variety of European inspired dishes with fresh ingredients. The decor during dining hours is absolutely unique. Comprised of several rooms, none of the furniture necessarily matches, but makes its own ambient story, very much like an often occupied and never decorated living room. After dining hours the rooms are converted into a club complete with dance floors, flat screen tv's and wall to wall speakers. Somehow in all this, there is also a clothing store called Twins, which is run by twin sisters. Not to be missed, Solyanka has developed quite a reputation in the Moscow nightlife scene.
