- All hotels remain closed from 01st Nov to 31stMarch.
- For guests travelling for day excursion to Sonamarg from 15th Dec to 15th March, roads are closed due to heavy snow fall so the guests can travel only up to Gagangir which is 15 kms prior to Sonamarg (subject to weather conditions).
- At Sonamarg guest needs to hire local union cab for sight-seeingup to zero point which may cost approximately from Rs 3500 to Rs 4500 (6 to 7 Pax Capacity each vehicle) or pony ride upto Thajwas Glacier which may cost approximately Rs 1000 to Rs 2000 per pax per pony (on direct payment basis by the customer).
