Tiny, noisy place just north of the Alaska Junction, serving local Pacific Northwest dishes. Spring Hill was named one of 2009's Best New Restaurants in America by Bon Appetit magazine. It's not cheap, but it manages to be both experimental and down-to-earth. If you're a foodie, this comes highly recommended. $30-$50.
