One of the main places for shopping. in paticular at street stalls (haggling advisable), but also at variuos shopping malls for brand name goods. Sukhumvit, between Soi Nana and Asoke is the most interesting part. Some great luxury hotels can be found on this stretch as well. Middle range and budget accomaodation can be found in various sois (=lanes) off Sukhumvit Road. Great place for dining, be it Thai, European, Chinese, Indian and Libanese (around Soi Nana) etc. etc. Sukhumvit Road can be easily reached by Skytrain (BTS) or Subway (MRT)
