A great new chef has revitalized the Bistro in the Hyatt. Serving high end American and International fare at reasonable prices, Taxxi is best known for its special buffets during the holidays and Mother's Day. But the daily menu, which features soup, sauces, and steak, is worth the visit. $30-$75 per person for a three-course meal with wine.
