A beautiful colonial building, probably the best Theatre in town; It has three floors, it has been finished constructed in 1958. Actually it belongs to the Universidad Real y Pontificia de San Francisco Xavier de Chuquisaca that is the principal public University. And It's used mainly for cultural events.
