The Buffalo Club was specialising in dynamic degustations in the modern Oz arena. They made a considerable impact on the local dining scene in Fortitude Valley and Brisbane with their own unique style. The open kitchen use to allow diners to watch the chefs in action as they conjured up new sensations. The menu in restaurant changed often on 16-course degustation menu.
