Swiss chef Gunter Schnell came to cook at the Paradise International Hotel, married a local girl, settled down, and opened this restaurant in the backyard of their home opposite the Catholic church. You won't have a water view here. Gunter should have named it "The Dancing Lobster," for he's very good with fresh tropical lobsters. They're best whole with garlic butter, but he also dices them for salads or stir-fries. The bar serves a light menu during the high season.
