They use quality fresh ingredients to produce clean label products for a healthier lifestyle and all products are free from artificial colours, flavours, artificial sweeteners, preservatives and hydrogenated fats.Over the years the bakery has expanded into more of the available building space and some of the land is now utilised for native variety apple orchards. Starting small, they have evolved into the business they are today, producing deliciously wholesome award winning artisan food for food lovers, the food conscious and the dietary restricted. They grow much of the fruit, like apples and rhubarb, for Siobhan’s pies and tarts and her vision to supply this range at an affordable price in the mainstream market is paying off, with many stockists in County Galway and Clare.
