The Glasshouse Restaurant combines the comforts of casual dining with the attention to detail in service and food that you would expect from fine dining restaurants. Overlooking the River Shannon and under the guidance of chef/owner David Corbett, the kitchen's focus is on ingredients. Our emphasis is on showcasing the bounty of Ireland's west coast seafood and Munster's finest meats. With this in mind only the freshest ingredients and artisanal products make it to your plate. The Glasshouse boasts an impressive list of craft beers from around the world ranging from a dry hoppy Czech to a Belgian cherry lambic. With a wine list of over 60 bottles, the selections include new and old world wines from both large and small producers, 16 of which can be tasted by the glass. Carefully created hand crafted cocktails round out our beverage program. All of which can be enjoyed with dinner or in our bar and lounge.
