The Juice Truck

Corner of Abbott Street and Water Street

About

An adventurous trek through the Himalayas found co-owners Ryan and Zach observing local Nepalese people sipping a highly nutrient dense orange colored juice. This was their inspiration to bring back nutritious, fun and unique juice blends. Their juice truck has built a cult following of people that line up for their cold pressed magic, and they even serve soup in the cold months (that are just as nutritious as their juices) and a few different sweet treats. There's a healthy list of cold pressed juices and options like The F Cancer Smoothie 2 is made from cantaloupe, orange, coconut milk, coconut cream, cold pressed carrot and ginger juice, with a dash of vanilla. If you have a cold coming on, The Remedy will keep that illness at bay, or just taste delicious going down. The Avocado Pineapple smoothie is rich, thick and full of healthy fats. It's made from blended avocado, pineapple, coconut water (full of electrolytes), lime, vanilla and sweetened with agave, a natural sweetener made from cactus. The Raw Chai Brownie feels like an indulgent treat, but is packed with vitamins and Omega 3s. The Juice Truck is the only one of its kind amongst the other food carts around Vancouver, and is a much tastier alternative to taking your multivitamin.
