The Tandoor Indian Restaurant has been operating since 1981 under the same management and ownership of Banny Banerjee since 1981. Regarded by the critics as one of the pioneers and best Indian restaurants in Australia. The Tandoor has been famous for consistently providing excellent quality and value for money Indian food. It is well known for the large take-away portion size. On dine-in a-la-carte menu items are very moderately priced, average main course prices range from $14 to $18, yet we serve "The Tandoor uncomparable" excellent food.
