The Tintin Shop in Chinatown sticks out like a sore thumb amongst the "3 for $10" shops along Pagoda St, albeit in a good way. Although there are many retailers all over the world selling Tintin memorabilia, there are only 7 official Tintin shops in the world. The life size figures of Tintin, Captain Haddock and Snowy definitely made a difference. The new display cabinets give the limited editions, some costing up to several thousand dollars, the proper spotlight they deserve
