The store is housed in a monumental building dating from the 16th century.The shop offers homemade cheese manufactured from cow, goat and sheep's milk. They also have a large assortment of both young and aged cheeses from the Beemster polder and a great variety of organic and foreign kinds of cheese.Besides the extensive selection of cheese, the shop also have a large collection of quality wines.
