If it's a balmy evening, this is a super Parisian-style cafe-bar hangout before or after supper (House with the Clock is diagonally opposite), with pretty tables and wooden chairs set up in the cast-iron pavilion in the garden behind the Royal Palace. It's principally a bar, but after 10pm a DJ pumps up the atmosphere with groovy sounds, and no one will mind if you raise your hands and swing your hips while sashaying over to the bar. Open daily 9am to 6am.
