Slap bang in the city center between Via Indipendenza and Via Galliera used to offer only Umbrian cooking but has now included Bolognese dishes. The relaxing and intimate restaurant seats 50, is air-conditioned and has some room for seats outside. The Specialites of the house are fresh pasta, il mattarello, fresh porcini mushrooms and truffles, barbecued meat and roast boar with polenta.
