Trattoria is a chain of Italian-owned Italian restaurants that has expanded since its modest inception in Bali in 2002. They serve up authentic Italian fare, from the delectable thin-crust pizzas to the comprehensive pasta selection. Much of the pasta is made on the premises, guaranteeing its absolute freshness. The ravioli stuffed with pumpkin and potato and served in a black truffle sauce is a safe bet. Like any Italian restaurant worth its salt, the dessert menu is incredibly enticing; if you want to finish your meal simply and lightly, try the mascarpone cheese, mixed with Nutella. A decent selection of wine is also available. Credit cards are not accepted.
