About

Trattoria Ponte Vecchio Inn is situated on the floor of a typical florentine building, constructed during the 14 th. century along with Ponte Vecchio and aristocratic palaces such as Palazzo Salimbeni and Palazzo Strozzi. It was a cloister for about three centuries and its chapel is our present dining-room. During the second world war the building along with Ponte Vecchio was saved from destruction. From the 1950s to 1960s it became one of the most important furrier shops in Florence, the "Pellicceria Fiorentina"; then it was turned into a splendid Inn. Close to Ponte Vecchio, our Inn is an elegant place that offers you many typical florentine dishes and wines.
