This bar Started by Mr Trinca way back in the early 1900s, this restaurant gradually became a hub for live entertainment. The present owners of Trincas make a constant effort to keep alive the legacy of both food and entertainment through food promotions and festivals - but, sadly, without much success. The Chilli Garlic Noodles, Golden-fried Prawns, Boneless Chilli Chicken and Drums of Heaven are popular in the Chinese fare. In the Indian section, the Tandoori Chicken and Chicken Tikka Butter Masala remain in demand. They sreve different flavours of drinks.
