Tshernyoen's Cafe, situated by the river side, near the Bhutan Telecom office, offers coffee (espresso, americano, cappuccino, latte, filter/brewed) along with bakes (carrot, peach, and chocolate cakes, banana bread, brownies, cookies etc.).
