One of the first things that strikes you about eating out in Salta is how gracious and efficient the waitstaff are compared to the rest of the country. Here, the middle-age waiter came not only with a menu but a city map as well. This modern restaurant is a little too bright and could be described as nouveau colonial. The open kitchen is a nice touch, however, as is the spectacular salad bar. The menu includes excellent kid goat and trout.
