Sommelier Luca Mazzoncini, in partnership with the chef, has created an exciting wine list to showcase the finest Italian wines that best pair with Saba's dishes. The contemporary designed space features four large sky lights providing the inspiration behind the name 'VETRO', which in Italian means 'glass' and a stunning marble floor and imposing display table as a centre piece.
