I used to be a regular at Villagio Pasta near Tainan's Cheng Kong University when I was living in Tainan.
Brian, the owner, is a really friendly guy who took a lot of time studying the art of cooking good pasta before beginning his own business which he now runs with his girlfriend. They are both really friendly and serve great meals.
