Voyage café menus are a carefully constructed collaboration between owners Barbara Hacker and Michael Campion, and head chef Darren Jackson. Most of our dishes take inspiration from the Mediterranean, rural France and have been known to detour to parts of Central America and Mexico. All our items are hand made using fresh, high quality ingredients.
We create food that is drawn from both traditional and modern methods - food that is wholesome, natural and instinctive, and full of colour and taste. We do food the old way at Voyage. No preservatives, free range eggs, full cream butter and hand-made pastry.
