Wat Na Phra Men is one in the 1990 years renovated temple from the 13th Century . He is the old royal palace opposite on the north bank of the Lopburi . Across from him, on the other riverside front of the old Royal Palace, was a large square where the parties to the royal cremations were held. From this fact, the temple was named. Wat Na Phra Men is not like most temples of Ayutthaya facing east, but facing south towards the water.
