Located right in the middle of Causeway Bay, Water Margin restaurant serves authentic northern Chinese cuisine. The chef Calvin Yeung has given these traditional dishes a contemporary twist. Some of the restaurant's most loved delicacies which should not be missed are sautéed prawns with spicy sauce, whole crispy chicken infused with Chinese tea, and roasted prime beef ribs. All the dishes are not only tasty but tastefully presented as well. The interiors have been designed to give the restaurant an ancient Chinese feel. The place is adorned by red lanterns and antique Chinese wood carvings. With a bottle of nice old wine, dining at Watermargin promises to be an exotic experience. The restaurants opens daily for dinner at 6pm.
