From 20 December 2013 to 5 January 2014, a covered ice skating rink takes pride of place next to Pacific Parc on Amsterdam’s Westergasfabriek.Ice skating in Amsterdam WestYounger skaters are invited to twirl around the rink during the day but come evening, it’s time for the grown-ups to hit the ice. And whether you’re up for skating back and forth, gliding around or a spot of disco skating, the house DJs will be on hand with tunes to suit. Located next to the rink, Pacific Parc’s Winter Restaurant is the perfect place for warming up and refuelling after all the activity outside.Ice skates are available for hire for €5 or take to the ice with your own skates for €2.50 (no speed skates).
